Delivery 

To keep our process as eco-friendly as possible, we operate on a 'made to order' service. This means that normal orders will be processed and sent to you within 7 - 10 working days, at which point we will send you confirmation that your order has been dispatched and a tracking code so that you can see the progress of your parcel via the Tracking website. Express delivery only applies once your parcel has left our building.

Delivery costs for the UK is £5.99 for standard delivery. 

We will endeavour to ensure that our courier service provider delivers goods according to schedule but we cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or costs resulting from the late delivery of goods.

Please be aware that items shipped outside of mainland UK to some locations, may incur customs charges. These are the responsibility of the customer to cover. Should you wish to return the item you will be responsible for the return costs and a small handling fee will be charged before a refund given.
