Refund policy

Product Returns
We hope you will be very happy with your purchases. However, if you decide to return anything bought from us, please notify us within 7 days of receipt that you intend to return goods. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns should be made within 28 days from receipt of goods. If the product returned is not in a fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. Please pack the parcel carefully. 

As the customer you are responsible for returning the goods to us safely along with ‘paying’ the cost of postage. Please also make sure your parcel is suitably insured etc as the goods are your responsibility until we receive them. Returns may be subject to a handling fee upon return.

All goods should be returned to Goosestep Returns, Kewal Bros Text Ltd, The Bridge Trading Estate, Unit 51/52 Bridge Street, North Smethwick, B66 2BZ

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
