Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. Please contact us right away if you need help.

What are your shipping options and costs?

We offer standard and expedited shipping. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. 

How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 7–10 business days depending on your shipping option and location. This is due to all our items being made to order.

Do you offer same-day or next-day delivery?

Currently, we do not offer same-day delivery. 

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment, but we're hoping to role this out soon.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You can return items within 14 days of delivery as long as they are unused and in original packaging.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Are there items that cannot be returned?

Yes — final sale, personalized, and hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are typically processed within5–10 business days once we receive your return.

Do you cover return shipping costs?

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Products & availability

How do I know if an item is in stock?

Product availability is shown on each product page. If an item is sold out, it will be marked accordingly.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Popular items are often restocked.
